Terms of use

City Farmers gives customers plant guidance for the seeds and products they buy from us: growth stages, care tasks and reminders, and an AI grow guide that answers from our guides. The service is in beta, so features may change, pause or be removed, and it may contain mistakes.

• Each seed packet has its own single-use code. Once a code is added to an account, it cannot be added to another.
• Keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.
• Do not try to guess, copy, share or sell packet codes.

• The guides give general advice for growing plants in containers in a city. Results depend on your climate, light, soil, pots and care, so they cannot be promised.
• The AI grow guide can make mistakes. Check the source it shows for every answer, and use your own judgement.
• It is not professional agricultural, medical or safety advice. Always follow the instructions on any product label, and take care when handling sprays, fertilizers and tools, especially around children and pets.

• Do not misuse the service, attempt to break or overload it, scrape its content, or use it for anything unlawful.
• Do not send content you have no right to share, or personal information about other people.
• We may limit how many questions an account can ask each day, and may suspend accounts that misuse the service.

The guides, text, drawings, logo and design belong to City Farmers. You may use them for your own gardening, but not copy or republish them without our permission.

If you send feedback or ideas, we may use them to improve the service without owing you anything for them.

We work to keep the service running but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from relying on the service, including the loss of plants or crops, or from interruptions to it.

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
